Information We Collect

Rabona Casa collects a minimal set of non-personally identifiable data strictly required for app functionality and to ensure a smooth connection to our delivery infrastructure:

• Device identifier — a non-reversible device token used to distinguish new from returning app sessions (not linked to your Apple ID or personal details).
• Device model — e.g. "iPhone 15 Pro", used for compatibility diagnostics.
• System locale — your device language and region setting, used to select the correct in-app language.
• App version — the installed version string, used for server-side compatibility checks.

We do not collect your name, email address, IP address, precise location, contacts, photos, or any other personal information.

How We Use Your Information

The data described above is sent in a single session-check request when the app launches. It is used only to:

• Confirm your app version is supported and deliver the appropriate content configuration.
• Detect unusual automated activity that could indicate abuse of our infrastructure.
• Route you to the correct regional experience based on your locale.

We do not use this data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond those listed above.

Game Data — Scores and Settings

Your high scores, best tile reached, and in-app preference settings (sound, haptics, notifications) are stored exclusively on your device using iOS standard storage (NSUserDefaults / SharedPreferences). This data is:

• Never transmitted to any server.
• Backed up only through your own iCloud or iTunes backup if you have enabled that at the OS level.
• Removed from the device when you uninstall the app.

Push Notifications

Rabona Casa may request permission to send you local push notifications — for example, a gentle reminder to return to your current puzzle. This permission is entirely optional. If you decline, all gameplay features remain fully available.

We do not use push notifications to send marketing messages. Notifications are generated locally on your device and are not controlled by a remote push service.

You can enable or disable notifications at any time in the app's Profile screen or in your iPhone Settings.

Third-Party Services

Rabona Casa does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or social-login SDKs. The app uses the following system frameworks only:

• flutter_local_notifications — schedules local on-device reminders; no data leaves the device.
• device_info_plus / package_info_plus — reads device model and app version for the session check described above.
• shared_preferences — persists game scores and settings locally.

Data Retention

The minimal technical data sent during the launch session check is held on our servers for a maximum of 30 days for fraud-prevention purposes, after which it is automatically deleted. No personally identifiable information is involved in this data.

Your on-device game data is retained until you uninstall the app or clear the app's storage through iPhone Settings.

Children's Privacy

Rabona Casa is a family-friendly puzzle game suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Union). Because we collect no personal information from any user, this app is appropriate for younger players.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us in any way, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your device identifier. Because we do not link device identifiers to personal data, fulfilling such requests may require you to provide your device identifier (visible in the app's profile screen).
